SkyWatcherVR does not use cookies on it's website to retain, process, distribute, or share your data with any third party. GoDaddy and Google (YouTube) do use cookies on the site, and may collect, analyse, and use your data according to their data usage and privacy policies
Software Applications
1. SkyWatcherVR respects privacy and is committed to protecting your data. This Privacy Policy explains how Instrument Studio XR and Instrument Studio VR collect, uses, and processes Developer User Data and User Data.
By using Instrument Studio XR or Instrument Studio VR, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Data We Collect
When you use Instrument Studio XR or Instrument Studio VR, SkyWatcherVR may access limited data from your platform accounts (Meta, Steam): User ID, User Profile (User Name and Profile Picture), Avatar.
3. Use of Data
Displaying your Avatar and username in app, enabling personalized experiences.
SkyWatcherVR does not:
Retain your User Data beyond the active session.
Process, distribute, or share User Data with third parties.
Monetize or use your User Data for advertising or analytics.
4. User-Created Media
Instrument Studio XR and Instrument Studio VR allow the user to record, mix, save, and load audio and video files.
Records microphone, virtual instruments, and headphone audio to your Music folder on Quest or PC.
Loads audio, 2D/VR video, and image files from your Music and Movie folders.
Writes and reads user created Lyric and XRMidi text files to the app’s persistent data path folder.
5. Data Storage and Retention
All User Data and user-created media are stored locally on your Quest device, or PC hard drive.
SkyWatcherVR does not transfer, store, or retain this data externally.
6. Sharing of Data
SkyWatcherVR does not share Developer User Data, User Data, or user-created media with any third parties.
7. Compliance
SkyWatcherVR complies with GDPR, Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy, and applicable privacy and data protection laws in relevant jurisdictions.
8. User Rights
Data is stored locally, you maintain full control over your data. You may delete or manage your files directly on your Quest device, or PC. You can request deletion of any User Data collected by SkyWatcherVR at any time, using the contact email below.
9. SkyWatcherVR will not be liable for any injury or damage to the User, hardware devices, ot software, from using SkyWatcherVR applications, video or audio.

Instrument Studio XR and Instrument Studio VR, 2D and VR Videos, Audio and Spatial Audio are owned, developed and published by SkyWatcherVR.
It is illegal to copy, sell, distribute or modify these applications or media in any form.
It is prohibited to copy, sell, distribute or modify any SkyWatcherVR 2D or VR Videos, Audio and Spatial Audio in any form, without express prior permission.
Changes to This Policy
SkyWatcherVR reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time.
